Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Amchur Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Salt to Taste
- 4 garlic pods chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Cheese grated for garnishing (optional)
- 2 tbsp Butter
Method:
- Heat Butter in a pan.
- Add Garlic and saute it golden brown.
- Add Asparagus and allow it to cook.
- During the cooking process, add Red Chilly Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and mix well.
- When Asparagus is almost cooked add Amchur powder and stir.
- Remove the dish in serving bowl and garnish with grated Cheese. Serve it Hot!
