Ingredients:
- 12 whole fresh Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper or 1 minced Green Chilly
Method:
- Preheat Oven to 400F.
- Clean the whole Mushrooms, Remove the stem off carefully as shown and chop the stem finely.
Note: I have chopped 2 extra mushrooms to increase the stuffing.
- Heat Butter in a pan, add Garlic, Pepper and chopped Mushroom Stem, fry till the moisture from mushroom evaporates and garlic is golden brown. remove from the flame.
- Now add Cream Cheese and mix well to get a thick mix.
- Fill each Mushroom with this mix and garnish with Grated Cheese.
- Now keep in Preheated oven for about 30 min more or less until cooked.
- Serve it Hot!
