Peas is one of my favorite veggie. It is a good source of protein and fibre. For this recipe you can use fresh or dried Peas. The choice is all yours. This recipe was shared by one of my close friend Rashmi Mahale and am thankful to her as me and my family members enjoy having this with Chapati and Dosa.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Peas (Fresh or Dried)
- 3 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2tsp Kitchen King Masala
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash Peas. (If you are using dried Peas you have to soak it overnight).
- Chop Onions, Tomatoes, Coriander leaves and keep aside.
- Saute Onions till it turns translucent.
- Add Tomatoes and allow it to cook for a while.
- Add Peas and mix it well and allow it to cook.
- Add Kitchen king masala to it.
- Add Coriander Leaves and salt to taste.
- Tasty Peas Bhaji is ready! Serve it with Dosa or Chapatis.
