Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Rava (Semolina)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Raisins and Cashews
Method:
- Pour 2 tbsp Ghee in a Kadai. Add Rava.
- Saute Rava till you get a nice aroma. Transfer it in a plate.
- Make Sugar syrup in the Kadai using Sugar and Water. (Quantity is mentioned in the Ingredients section).
- Turn off the gas. Now add Rava into the Sugar syrup. Add Raisins, Cashews, and Cardamom Powder. Mix it well.
- Add 2 tbsp Ghee to the mixture and allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Make Ladoos using this mixture.
- Yummy Rava Ladoos (Konkani: Rava laados) are ready!
Tip: If the mixture becomes too dry and you are unable to make ladoos then add little milk to the mixture and make Ladoos.
