Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Salt according to your taste
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Water if required
Method:
- Boil Eggs. Break the shells and cut the boiled eggs into half.
- Pour Oil in a Kadai.
- Add Chopped Onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped Tomatoes and Coriander Leaves. Mix it for 2 minutes.
- Add Chili powder, Turmeric powder, and Garam Masala powder.
- Add Salt. If the gravy is very dry add little water.
- Yum Egg Side dish is ready!
