Ingredients:
- 3 cups of chopped Tamdi Bhajji
- 1 cup of Alsando
- 1 Onion
- 1 1/2 cup grated Coconut
- 5-6 Red Chilies
- Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Small piece of Tamarind
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- Water
- Salt according to your taste
Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Asafoetida
- 5-6 Curry leaves
Method:
- Soak Alsando overnight.
- Cook Alsando in the Cooker (3 whistles).
- Wash and clean Bhajji (I use Tamdi Bhajji). Chop it.
- Add the chopped Bhaji to the cooked Alsando in the Cooker. Add the chopped Onion and water.
- Cook it (1 whistle).
- Put the grated Coconut in the Mixer/Grinder.
- Add Red Chilies, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric, Tamarind, and water. Grind it.
- Add the ground masala to the cooked Bhajji and Alsando.
- Allow it to boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Take Oil in a Kadai and add Mustard seeds, Asafoetida and Curry leaves. Add this seasoning to Alsando ani Bhajji Randayi.
- Delicious Greens Side-Dish (Alsando ani Bhajji Randayi) is ready!
