Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Oil/ Ghee
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chilli slit
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (more or less for the color)
- 2 cups medium thick Poha
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/4th cup Grated Coconut
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Soak Poha in water for 2 min, drain the water and keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan, add chopped Onions and sauté till transparent.
- Add slit Green Chilles and fry for 2 min. Add Turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now add the soaked Poha, Salt and Sugar. Mix well and cook for 2 min. Add grated coconut and mix.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve hot!
