Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated Coconut
- 1 small-sized Onion
- 3 Red Chilies
- Small piece of Tamarind
- Water
- Salt according to your taste
Method:
- Take grated Coconut in the mixer vessel.
- Add chopped Onion, red Chilies, Tamarind, Salt, and little water.
- Grind the contents coarsely.
- Transfer the Chutney into a vessel.
- Onion Chutney (Kandya Chutney) is ready!
Tip: If you have some left over chutney you can make Tamboli and serve it for White Rice.
